Designing a Scaleable Employer Brand
How a single website redesign grew into a multi-channel brand system—spanning digital platforms, printed materials, and real-world recruiting events.
I was initially brought on to support the marketing team with a career site refresh, but quickly stepped into a broader creative leadership role. I led the development of wireframes, design systems, and scalable brand tools that redefined the employer brand across every touchpoint—digital, physical, and experiential.
-
The employer brand lacked a unified visual system. Teams across the organization were relying on inconsistent, ad hoc design solutions, which led to fragmented brand experiences at key candidate touchpoints. The marketing team also needed more efficient tools to review and update content without relying heavily on design resources.

I stepped into a broader creative leadership role, guiding the development of a scalable employer brand strategy. I designed modular UX/UI wireframes, built flexible toolkits and templates, and created a consistent design system that could be used across web, social, and event channels. My role included creative strategy, visual design, cross-functional alignment, and vendor collaboration—ensuring every asset laddered back to a cohesive brand story.
-
The redesigned site delivered a 315% decrease in time spent on site, helping users navigate more efficiently to job listings. We saw a 23% year-over-year increase in career site traffic, and the LinkedIn launch post performed 15% above benchmark. Internal employee advocacy drove additional impact, generating 71,000 impressions and 42 shares—extending the reach of our refreshed employer brand far beyond the initial launch.
